In this technical report, the design, implementation, and testing is presented for a high power single tone analog 60 vpp phase shifter array in the 1 MHz frequency range intended for ultrasonic applications. The system has a low impedance transducer load of 60 ohm or lower at resonance frequency, independent of resonance frequency change of transducer, with computer interface for phase shifting of up to 300 or higher with fine steps. Results of tested PCBs are presented here. Strong SNR, robust design for the duration of device operation, and reliable usage of system are achieved. The current design is for 8 channel output, but the design is scalable to higher channels if needed. The system is easy to assemble with a component cost around $30 per channel. The circuit needs 4W power for each channel and voltage rails of +/-17.5V. The circuit only outputs one sinusoidal tone, which can be a good solution to avoid higher harmonics at the transducer.
